Deacons’ OFFERING-2024

Grace and peace to you all in these unsettled times. The deacons are called to serve by leading the church to awaken compassion and demonstrate mercy. We are further directed to promote stewardship, hospitality and develop programs of assistance. We write this letter to you to help us to continue those callings.  The SSPC Deacons, traditionally, receive funds for our work from just three “offerings” during the year:  Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Christmas Eve.  The holiday season is upon us, and we ask that you prayerfully consider supporting the SSPC Deacon ministry by giving generously during our Christmas Eve service.   To support our crucial ministry, you can mail checks to SSPC at 4884 Sparks Blvd., Sparks NV  89436, and in the memo line of your check, please state it is for the Deacons Fund OR drop an envelope in the offering during church service, stating it is for the Deacons Fund.
